Lime Flower (Tilia spp.) also known as Linden.

Wild gathered Lime flowers from an area next to an organic farm, however this isn’t certified organic. This year the weather meant limited gathering and I wanted to leave lots for the also late emerging bees, so there is only a tiny amount left.
This batch is a mix of dehydrated and dried, it has been cut smaller for ease of use as a loose leaf tea but isn’t ‘teabag cut’ to retain a longer shelf life.
