Genuinely sustainably harvested on the wild areas of an organic farm. I gather and aid seed dispersal each year to maintain the patch and avoid over-gathering within the moor’s already overburdened eco system. Picked on sunny days and dehydrated to limit constituent degradation. So supply is very limited.
