Cancellation policy

Please read and ensure you are happy before booking.

Due to limited space, and significant increase in people cancelling at the last minute, as a very small business of 2 we have suffered. Therefore we now have a strict no refund policy past 48 hours after purchase. I hope you understand and continue to support us.

In the event you can't make it, we recommend you pass on your ticket. Please just let us know who will be attending in your place. I am happy to advertise a resell as well.

The majority of walks will go ahead come (heavy!) rain or shine, if conditions are dangerous and we need to cancel, there will be 12 hours notice and a credit note for any event within 1 year will be issued.
