Cancellation policy

Please read and ensure you are happy with the below before booking.

Due to limited space, and a significant increase in people cancelling at the last minute, as a very small business of 2 we have suffered. Therefore we now have a strict no refund policy except in cases of accidental purchase within 48 hours. I hope you understand and continue to support us. We request that if you need to cancel you do so at least two weeks in advance by email, we will send a credit note to be used within one year.

We also do not offer refunds OR transfer of tickets or credit notes for cancellations within 2 weeks of the date of an event, and recommend in this case you pass on your ticket. Please just let us know who will be attending in your place. I am happy to advertise a resell as well.

The majority of walks will go ahead come rain or shine, if conditions are dangerous then we may need to cancel, there will be 12 hours notice and a credit note for 1 year will be issued.
