Herbs and berries from Dartmoor. Many people are ‘sustainably foraging’ on the moor these days, so what I use will vary widely each year, depending on which sites are growing plentifully and which are being visited too often. Others are from private sites, with thanks to generous people who allow me access. All are harvested with care and gratitude.
